Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

To avoid fake orders, COD requires a small advance. Remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.

How Partial Payment Works:

We offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide flexibility:

  • Initial Payment (Online): Pay a portion of your order total upfront during checkout.
  • Due Amount (Later): Pay the remaining balance online before delivery OR in cash to the delivery agent.

Payment Structure

  • Upfront Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of order total is charged when you place your order.

Due Amount:

  • Online Payment: Pay via UPI, card, wallet, or bank transfer using a payment link we’ll email/SMS to you.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the agent upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

  • Your order is confirmed only after the initial payment is successful.
  • You’ll receive an email/SMS with:

Order summary + initial payment receipt.
Due amount and instructions to pay online (if chosen).

Delivery Process

  • If you chose Cash on Delivery:

Inspect your package before paying the due amount.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Initial Payment: Non-refundable after 24 hours (covers processing fees).

  • Due Amount Paid Online:

Fully refundable if canceled before shipping.

Non-refundable if canceled after shipping (return shipping fees apply).

  • Failed Deliveries:

After 2 attempts, the order is canceled. Initial payment is forfeited; online due payments are refunded.


Exclusions (e.g., Discount Coupons)

Please note that discount coupons and other promotional offers may not be applicable to orders placed using the Partial Payment option, unless specified otherwise. The advance payment amount remains fixed.

Return/exchange within 3 days of delivery. Product must be unused & with tags.

Return & Exchange Policy (3 Days)

Thank you for shopping with Elara Global. We want you to love every purchase, but if something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

✔️ Eligibility Criteria

A return or exchange will be accepted only if:

  • The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unaltered
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact
  • No perfume, makeup stains, marks, or damage is present

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene & safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Hijabs, scarves, undercaps
  • Sale / clearance items
  • Customized or altered orders
  • Items purchased using high discount codes
  • Gift cards

📦 Exchange Policy

You may exchange for a different size or product by raising a request within 3 days.

Reshipping charges may apply.

💸 Refund Process

Refunds are issued as:

  • Original payment method refund (if applicable for prepaid orders)

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 3 days
  2. Share your Order ID + product images
  3. After approval:
    • You may self-ship, or
    • Request pickup (charges apply based on pincode)
  4. Once product passes Quality Check, refund/exchange will be processed

📝 Important Notes

  • Items failing QC (washed, used, stained, damaged) will be returned back without refund.
  • Items sent without approval will NOT be accepted.
  • Pickup availability varies by location.
